This is a great violation of human right.how can they force him to attend the chapel services after which they know that he is a muslim?Does it means that the institution is only opened for a particular religion and not for all the people? If that is the case, they would have prevented him from entering the school from the first place since he is a muslim.the constitution of the federal republic of nigeria has granted every citizen a right to worship and practice any religion of his/her choice as well as right to education.so,why should the management of the school enacted such a law that "every student must attend the chapel service"which is a clear form of human right violation as it does not coincided with the provision of the law.
Therefore, the management of the institution should demonstrate justice by considering the right of the student and give him a fair-hearing.
