This is to inform all undergraduate students admitted for 2021/2022 and 2023/2024 academic sessions that they are required to visit the Students Registration Portal to upload the following documents:
i. JAMB Admission Letter
ii. JAMB Result
iii. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
iv. Indigene Certificate
V. O'Level Result
vi. A'Level Result for DE students
vii. Notary Public Affidavit if any
viii. Attestation-if any
NOTE:
i. The affected students cannot print their examination cards without uploading the above documents
ii. Students are advised to ensure that they upload the documents presented during the registration/screening exercise.
