1. Utme result

2. Post utme result

3. O'level cert/ printout

4. Sbrs result/ijmb and odas equivalent like diploma/nd,hnd, bsc transcripts

5. 4 recent passports

6. Indegine cert

7. Primary school cert... Testimonial

8. Birth cert/declearation of age.
