This is to regrettably inform members of the University Community that the plan to honour the 156 staff, service delivery units, research group, and alumni recommended for the 2025 reward and recognition awards earlier billed to be held at Yusufu Bala Usman Hall on Thursday, 7th May, 2026 has been postponed.
Its postponement became necessary following the ongoing strike by the Joint Action Committee of NASU and SSANU.
A new date for the event will be announced soon after the industrial dispute is over.
