I came to Asceta to complete my clearance. Despite a vacant hostel room, staff refused to admit me solely because I am a former student. Their callous, discriminatory treatment left me stranded with no place to stay and forced me to leave immediately. This neglect and disrespect are unacceptable. I demand a full written explanation and a formal apology, and I will pursue a formal complaint with student affairs and share my experience publicly if this matter is not resolved promptly.
