Following repeated appeals from students and in line with the University's policy of a single-batch result release for 2023/2024 session, the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sunday Olowo Samuel, has on compassionate ground granted approval of another window of opportunity for registration of course by students as follows:

Late Course Registration for 2023/2024 Session

• Period: Monday 23rd - Friday 27th June, 2025

· Conditions:

• Payment of the approved late registration fee is required.

• Registration must be done through the ICT Directorate.

• Students must liaise with their Heads of Department to ensure scores are submitted to ICT on or before 27th June, 2025,

• Only courses with departmental results submitted by the deadline will be accepted.

Students who do not comply with this directive or whose departments fail to submit results by the deadline will be required to re-register the affected courses in the 2024/2025 session.

Heads of Departments are kindly encouraged to give priority attention to students in this category on compassionate grounds, to ensure they are not delayed.

Regular Course Registration for 2024/2025 Session

· Portal Access: Now open to all students across levels

· Final Deadline: Friday, 27th June, 2025

Important Notes:

. The portal will close on Friday, 27th June 2025, and reopen only for second semester registration.

· Only students who complete course registration will be eligible to sit for examinations and have their results uploaded - including Pen-and-Paper and Computer-Based Examinations (CBE). Departmental exam attendance lists will be generated automatically after portal closure, based strictly on registered students.
