Datz quite helpful. I passionately want 2 apply looking at my fin. ability n quest 4 better education in Nig but TWO tins discourage me

1. My Olevel is not too good. I combine 2 results in waec 2 make 9credit(8credits expt maths in 1 n 8 again expt eng) n my neco is 6credits(including all d core subjects). Can any of diz results go.( n have a better chance)?

2. My schl is a state univ. Do they have aqual chance 4 d offer?
