Delete Your Account

You can delete your Myschool account and all associated details by following the steps below:

1. Provide your email address using the form at the bottom of this page.
2. A unique confirmation link will be sent to your email. Click the link to confirm that you want to delete your Myschool account.
3. After clicking the link, confirm your decision to delete the account by selecting "Delete My Account"

That's it! Your account and all personal data shared with Myschool will be deleted.

Important Notes:

1. Products, Services, and Subscriptions: Once your account is deleted, all your associations with Myschool Limited, including any purchased products, services or subscriptions, will be terminated and deleted.

2. Comments, Discussions, and Messages: While we will immediately delete your personal data from our systems, comments, discussions, and messages will not be removed. However, your profile and personal details will no longer be linked to them, and other users will not be able to identify you as the author. If you want any specific comments, discussions, or messages deleted, please send an email to "info@myschool.ng" to request removal. To help us locate and confirm that the post was made by you, please submit your request before proceeding with the account deletion.

3. Email Newsletters: While transactional emails will no longer be sent after your account is deleted, you may still receive email newsletters. These are managed by a different platform. To stop receiving our newsletters, click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter you received from us. Alternatively, click here to unsubscribe.
