force=mass×acceleration
if substituted,
f=3×2=6
and
f=1×9=9
Divide to lowest term the first and second forces to get ratio,
6 and 9
6/9
lowest term is 2/3
therefore ans= 2:3

F1 = 3 x 2 = 6
F2 = 1 x 9 = 9

Force Ratio is 6:9 = 2 : 3
