Firat of all what is ripple?
Ripple means small ups or downs in the DC power system.
Why does this happen?
•They start with AC (alternating current)
•AC is rectified (It's changed to DC)
•The DC is smoothed

Because the source is AC, the rectified DC is not perfectly smmoth
So the answer is A
