Just use 2nd principle of moment of forces which states that the sum of upward forces is equal to the sum of the downward forces or weight.
And since T is acting angular u resolve it to the upward or vertical component that is Tsinθ
therefore
W=F1+F2
where W is the downward forces
40N=Tsinθ+Tsinθ
40N=2Tsinθ
Tsin30 = 40/2 = 20
T=20/sin30
T=40N
