p = 40w
R = 90ohms
V = ??

using the formula of power in relation with voltage and resistors

P = V^2/R
input data
40 = V^2/90
cross and multiply ❌
V^2 = 40x90
V^2 = 3600
V =√3600
V = 60V.

so oo option A 💯 is legit.

my school please correct that N because voltage, V cannot be measured in Newtown but rather in V.
