You guys should stop confusing each other the correct answer is manometer because a manometer is a device use to measure the atmospheric pressure in gas or liquid in a closed system

Hygrometer is used to measure of amount of vapour density in the atmosphere NOT what you people gave in your explanation please..

Take note and do the correction please.
