My First method is erroneous so use this method:

Clockwise moment = Anti-clockwise moment

10 x 30 = 15 x X

300 = 15x

x = 300/15

x = 20

F1 × S1 = F2 × S2
10 × 30 = 15 × S2
300=15S2
Divide both sides by the coefficient of S2
300/15 = 15S2/15
S2= 20cm. [C]
