The polarity of the magnet so formed, depends on the direction of the current in the solenoid. If the current flows anticlockwise in the coil when one end is viewed, then the specimen at ttat end has a north pole. If the current flows clockwise the end of the specimen is south pole.
That makes option B our answer.
