Wrong, C is correct.
Water anomalous behavior is between 0dgree and 4dgree, at 4dgree water has its maximum density, from 0dgree the density of water increase steadily till its maximum 4dgree, there is nothing like rise and fall 😂

At 0°C, the density of water is 999.87 kg/m³, and at 4°C, the density of water is 999.97 kg/m³. So, when water is heated from 0°C to 4°C, its density increases from 999.87 kg/m³ to 999.97 kg/m³.
