The image in a plane mirror is at the same distance behind the mirror just as the object in front of the mirror

The mirror is 6m +0.25m =6.25m from the object

That means the image is also 6.25m behind the mirror

The mirror is 0.25m from the man

That means the image is 6.25m + 0.25 =6.5m from the man
