Capacitor in parallel= 4+2=6
Capacitor in series =1/2+1/3+1/6+1/4=30/24
=24/30 =0.8

Capacitance in parallel=4+2=6uF
capacitance in series 1/C=1/2+1/3+1/6+/14
=6+4+2+3/12
=15/12
C=12/15
C=0.8uF🔥🙌

First of all calculate the parallel capacitances
4*10^-6 + 2*10^-6= 6*10^-6
Then calculate for series
1/2+1/3+1/6+1/4 = 15/12
Convert it to decimal = 1.25

in parallel 4+2=6
then 1/2+1/3+1/4+1/6=1.25
1/1.25=0.8
