its a rod of 50cm and its uniform so half of the rod is 25cm with a weight of 200N. assume the rod is pivoted at p and suspended at q at 50cm. so calculate tension T in the cord: 200*25=Tsin30*50°; T=200*25/sin30°; 5000/0.5*50= 200N.
Note: sin30°= 1/2 or 0.5

Tsinø = Tsin∅
200 × sin 30 = T sin 30
200 × 0.5/0.5 = T
T = 200N
