Therefore... Total distance=85m
Therefore Velocity=Total distance/total time taken
=85m/10s
=8.5m/s

Area of the first triangle=1/2 ×b×h
=0.5×2×10=10
Area of the second rectangle=l×b
=(8-2}×10=6×10=60
Area of the last triangle=1/2×b×h
=0.5× (10-8}×10=0.5×2×10=15

Sum of the area = 10+60+15 = 85
