Mgh=1/2 *K*e^2
E^2=2mgh/k=2*50*10*10/40000
E^2=10000/40000=1/4
Squaring both sides
E=1/2^0.5

Mgh=1/2ke²
Change height 10cm to m=0.01m
So E²=2mgh/k
2*50*10*0.1/4.0*10⁴
E²=2.5*10^-3
Square both side
E=√2.5*10^-3
E=0.05m
