Let me profer solution to the problem
we have two resistors in Parallel
1/5+1/20
R=5/20
R=20/5 =4 ohms
4 ohms is in series with the 5 ohm resistor
total resistance=9 ohms

let recal;
E=IR
we are ask to look for current (I) and we were given the E.m.f as 9v
