Because the eye also looked the mirror at an angle which may be 45. Therefore it will be seen parallel to the mirror since the new angle is 0 degree as the eye will see

But Myschool is right
The horizontal table is not in front of the mirror it's behind so there's no reflection or anything thus it's parallel to it ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
