calm down and look at the diagram well
when circuit is open:
total resistance is 8+2 = 10 ohms (series)
calculate for current when circuit is open
V = IR, I = 6/ 10 = o.6 amp📍
when circuit is closed:
1/R = 1/8 + 1/8 = 1/4
R = 4 (parallel connection)
total resistance = 4+2 = 6 ohms (series)
calculate for current when circuit is closed
l = 6/6 = 1 amp
now you can get back to the question and look at the options well
you'd notice that there's an increase in current from the open circuit to the closed one and the increase is 1A - 0.6A = 0.4 A
Is that simple?

the answer is D i=0.6 when key is not closed when when closed =1
so therefore, it increased by 0.4

pls u guys review ur qsns and also giv dem accurate ansas 2 prevent dose subscribing 4rm being fed wit d wrong ansa
