in the resistance their is the series and parallel
R1+R2 for series
1/R1+ 1/R2 for parallel
so firstly from the diagram the series R1 and R2 10 +10-20
for parallel 1/R1/R2-1/10+1/10=5
series+parallel
20+5=25
making 25 the correct answer
