The ansa is correct
capacitance in parallel=7+5=12
capacitance in series=1/6
total number of capacitor in d circuit=1/6+1/12=(2+1)/12=3/12=1/4
sotherefore equivalent capacitor=the reciprocal of 1/4=4uf

between the capacitance=5+7=12
product/sum=12*6/12+6=72/18=4

the anwer is correct dont be confused beacuse of it looks like resistance this is capacitance and the formular is opposite to calculate parallel and series so in capacitance if it is series it will be 1/C=1/C+1/C while if it is parallel it will be C=C1+C2+C3 so the anwer to this question is as follows first solve the parallel part which is C=7+5=12 then the series know will be 1/C=1/12+1/6=3/12=3C=12 C=12/3=4microfarad thats it guys so simple right

between the parallel arrangements,
total capacitance is 2+2=4
Ct=products/sum=2×4/2+4=1.33f
