Answer/Question is very wrong!!!

U=5.6×10-²m, f=1×10-¹

m= f 0.1 0.1
------ = -------------- = ------- ≈ -2.3
u-f 0.056-0.1 -0.044

Thus the image is virtual as the magnification is negative,it is erect as virtual images are erect. It is also magnified aa m=2.3. The correct option is B

no guys the question talks about "converging". which is the same as concave mirror, so they selected answer is the properties of a concave mirror.

The question says an object is placed blah blah meter in front of a converging lens of focal length blah blah. The image formed is, so we don't actually need the values of the objects or of the focal length. But the fact that it said converging lens, we both know that it is a convex lens because they said converging lens. And convex lens is always real. If you notice, convex lens is always real, real, real. Even though it's at infinity, real. Behind 2F, it is still real. At 2F, it is still real. Between F and 2F, it is still real. At F, at infinity, it is still real. The only thing, the only time that it will be virtual is when it is between F and O. That is the optical center. So it is basically just real. Then the only thing that is changing is it being diminished or it being magnified. You understand? Now let me relate it with the question. The options, the only two options that have real is option A and option C. And when something is real, it is definitely inverted. So definitely, option C will be your answer. Real and erect is not possible. It has to be real and inverted. Then virtual and erect. That's why it's C. So you don't actually need to solve.
