Coming to think of it, why did i use moment of forces instead of Gravitational forces

thus using
F1×r1² =F2 ×r2² you'll get N800

I disagree because the question didn't involve anything with gravity or mass.
recall that force is inversely proportion to length
I.e F1L1=F2L2
assuming the distance in question is 4m then we have
200*4=F2*2
F2=800/2
F2=400N
