I disagree because the question didn't involve anything with gravity or mass.
recall that force is inversely proportion to length
I.e F1L1=F2L2
assuming the distance in question is 4m then we have
200*4=F2*2
F2=800/2
F2=400N

If the distance is 4m then we have
F1xL1^2=F2xL2^2
200*16=F2*4
3200=4F2
F2=3200/4
F2=800N
