The answer is option C if you do the math. Please stop making these mistakes that can change the mindset of students in Nigeria because there are other CBT learning platforms that they would not be scared to try if these mistakes continue. I suggest all questions should be reviewed
and resolved to get the right answers.

Option B is correct @myschool. please review this.
Solution
R in series = 5+10 = 15
R in parallel = (5*10)/(5+10)=10/3
P in series = (v*v)/I = (24*24)/15=38.4W
P in parallel = (v*v)/I=(24*24)/(10/3)=(576/3.333)=172.8W
P in series/ P in parallel=38.4/172.8= 0.222W
Now this is approximately 0.2W which is option B.
