Wrong! The answer is D. Refraction occurs as a result of the bending of light rays when it travels from one media to another (i). This bending is as a result of the difference in speed of light in these two media (iii). Both reflection and refraction involves change in the direction of light rays; this doesn't differentiate them

I is a difference as in reflection, only one media is involved while in refraction, two media are involved.
II is a similarity and not a difference as the direction of the ray changes both in reflection and refraction.
III is a difference as the speed of the ray does not change in reflection, while it changes in refraction.
