The options are wrong.
Its Waec 2010 objective question, No. 14.
The options are;
A. II only
B. III only
C. I and II only
D. II and III only.
So the correct option is A which is II only( fossil fuels).

The selected answer is wrong:

exhausible as an English word means something that can be used up,the question says which of the options is/are exhausible,so fossil fuel is the main exhausible resource,except if the question will be changed to inexhausible
