60 = 0 x 20 + \(\frac{1}{2}\) x a x 20\(^2\)
a = \(\frac{60}{200}\)
a = \(\frac{3}{10}\)m/s\(^2\)
F = ma = 800 x \(\frac{3}{10} = 240N\)
