Myschool this is the second time I've seen you fail this type of question.
The answer is A.
m1*30=m2*15
m2/m1=30/15=2/1(A)

the correct answer is A, because the distance of 20-cm from 50-cm is 30-cm and the one for 65-cm from the same 50-cm is 15-cm and since 20-cm is before 65-cm it is 30:15 which is the same thing as 2:1

the centre line is 50 on the metre rule so 20cm from 50 is 30 which is m1 and 65cm from 50cm is 15cm which is m2 so m1:m2 is 30:15=2:1 Also the centre of its gravity is the middle line which is 50cm

Please, myschool, there should a review of the question above. The answer should 2:1 and not 1:2.
the solution is shown in the diagram below. Thank you.

the distance of 20 cm from 50 cm is 30 cm and the one for 65 cm from the same 50 cm is 15 cm,since 20 cm is before 65 cm it ought to be 30:15 which is 2:1. SINCE THE QUESTION SAYS m raised to the power of 2 : m raised to the power of 1, the answer is 1:2
