The right answer is B:
Flux density is the dot product of field and area vector so it is also a scalar. The magnetic field intensity (H) has both direction and magnitude so it is a vector.
The momentum of a body is a relation between mass (scalar) and velocity (vector), therefore it is a vector quantity.
