The question says the height is 20m but in your solution, you used 2m for height. No wonder I arrived at 800W. I just had to use wisdom to select 80. There's an error somewhere - in the options or in the question.

power=work/time
work=force x distance
simce force is not given,you will use thecformula of force to derive force itself which is:
f=mass x accelaration
120 x10=1200
back to work,which is force x distance=1200 x 2=2400
power =work/time=2400/30=80watts
