E=1/2Li^2

Where L=0.1
i=v/r
i=100/100
I=1
E=1/2Li^2
E=1/2×0.1×1×1
E=0.5


The reason we did not use impedance is because it is at resonance and at such Xl=Xc which we later equals 0

I seem the formula used was 1÷2pieFl or 1÷wl
