L=wavelength/2
Wavelength=2×L
Since there are two resonant value
L=L¹-L²
L=0.413-0.130
=0.283
V=frequency ×lamda
V=600×0.283
V=339.6m/s

Then use V=frequency ×wavelength
V=600×0.566
