The answer is outrightly incorrect because i. the objects luminance or exposure helps is a dependent on the light falling on the film of a camera ii. the aperture controls the amount of light entering the camera through the lens, hence a larger f stop causes more light and vice versa. The principle is similar in the pupils of the eyes iii. the shutter speed is basically important due to the fact that it is duration light has to enter to reach the film.....longer durations mean more exposure of the film to light.
