From Rutherford's model of the atom we know that an atom consist of a positively charged nucleus surrounded by a wring of moving electrons
Rutherford also noted that the atom which has a nucleus comprises of protons and neutrons which are concentrated at the centre. We also have an electron revolving around the nucleus.
so D-proton is correct

I answered 20 physics questions. And!!!!! They failed me, why? Because the question they gave was different from the answer I answered. They changed all the questions I ANSWERED AND MARKED it with the right options I answered but the wrong question. I AM VERY MAD ABOUT THIS!!! Please, do something about it. Thank you. God bless.
