we know the formula for calculating k.E = ½mv² and we were not given the value of V
So first we find V using
V=u + at
V=? u=0 a=5 t=4
V=0+5×4
v=20
we go back to our formula ½mv²
½×500kg×20²
=250×400
=1⁵

or you can use
h=3m | a=v-u÷t |K.E=1/2MV²
m=500kg| 5=v-0÷4 |K.E=1/2×500×20²
u=0 |collecting like terms |K.E=1/2×500×400
a=5m/s² |5x4=v-0 |1/2x500=250
t=4 |20=v-0 |so K.E=250×400
v=? |20+0=v |K.E=100000J or 10⁵J
k.E=? |v=20 |
