Myschool is very correct. All but option C are right, as option C is not a unit of power.

Option A. joule/second
i.e Power = work done /time

option B. ampere volt
i.e Power = IV = Current × Voltage

Option C. ampere² volt
i.e Power = I²×V = current² × voltage. which wrong and is supposed to be P=I²R, i.e current² × Resistance

Option D. volts²/ohm
i.e Power = V²/R = Voltage²/Resistance
