A is the answer to this question.

Step up transformer has more secondary windings than the primary.it has larger secondary voltage or smaller secondary current.

I repeat it is correct! There should be no alteration.

it is a step up transformer...not a step down transformer..please review this question again

its a step up transformer and in this case current is inversely proprtional to thr number of turns

The answer to this question is A.
The more winding of the coil, the lesser the current and the higher the voltage.
Infact the question is describing a step up transformer. So make corrections.

Multiple Winding Transformers generally have one single primary winding with two or more secondary windings. ... Multiple winding transformers, also known as a multi-coil, or multi-winding transformer, contain more than one primary or more than one secondary coil, hence their name, on a common laminated core.

The ratio between output voltage and input voltage is the same as the ratio of the number of turns between the two windings.
A transformers output voltage is greater than the input voltage if the secondary winding has more turns of wire than the primary winding. The output voltage is stepped up, and considered to be a "step-up transformer". If the secondary winding has fewer turns than the primary winding, the output voltage is lower. This is a "step-down transformer".

it is however not greater power output since greater power output would only mean more than 100% efficiency considering this relation:

efficiency=(power output/power input)x 100%.

Note:a device cannot be 100% efficient talkless of having more than 100% efficient.
