The selected answer is wrong it shud be B
F -Fr = umg
where F is applied force
fr is d frictional force
Fr = ma
F - ma = umg
10 - 10 × 0.2 = 10 × 10× u
8 = 100u
u = 0.08
therefore d correct ans is B
I stand to be corrected if am wrong

I think that the frictional force has been wrongly calculated. It should be the pulling force-ma. That would give 8N. Hence, correct answer should be B(0.08)
