Firstly,Convert kg to g
i.e,Z=5.0x10^-7kg=5.0x10^-7x1000=5.0x10^-4
M=1.0kg=1.0x1000=1000,
Ampere=100
Therefore,M=zit,M=5.0x10^-4x100xt
M=0.05t.Therefore,M=0.05t,(Note:60 seconds make one minute,60 minute make one hour)that is,60x60=3600.
Therefore,M=0.05t, remember M=1000.t=1000/0.05=20000sec.
Therefore,sec into hours:20000/3600=5.5app5.6hours.so,A is your correct answer.Thank you

U thats saying is not A imaging yourself how can u electroplate a 1 kg of platinum for 20000 hrs, habaa thats too much for it naw and waste of anode and energy, lesser time for smaller masses. The answer is A. 5.6hrs
convert the seconds which 2x10^⁴sec to hrs by dividing it by 3600
20000/3600 = 5.6 hrs.
myschool is right
. I saw this question also in Newschool exercises number 5 page 421 and they failed it also may be they forgot to divide. I rest my case.

I'm also coming here to confirm if my solving was wrong bcoz New School did got it wrong.
Correct Answer is A. 5.6hrs
