The answer is B... Radiation from the surface, although it is a minimal way of heat loss. But the stoper do not conduct it all as they are generally poor conductors. check anyankoha pg 52 top right side of pg.

The answer should be B because the silvered surface minimises heat loss through radiation

the question asks RESIDUAL SOURCE OF HEAT LOSS. Since convection and radiation are largely minimized by vacuum and silver walls respectively, the remaining pathway for heat loss is conduction through the stoppper and glass. Hence OPT C IS CORRECT
