sir we all know that metre rule is one decimal place in centimetre sir so I think the answer should be 0.5cm and not 0.01cm.

0.1 is actually the reading accuracy of the metre rule to get the least possible error we divide by 2
0.1/2=0.05cm
so the least possible error is 0.05 not 0.1

I feel d answer is 0.1cm because normally it is supposed to be 0.5mm or0.05cm for reading accuracy and since 0.05cm isn’t there I will go for 0.1cm instead of 0.5mm
