After refraction, frequency is constant .. it doesn't change.. please make corrections answer is A

The selected answer is wrong:

The correct answer is 6*10^14

Reason

Refractive index = velocity in air/velocity in medium

= (frequency * wavelength in air)/(frequency * wavelength in medium)

Frequency doesn't change but wavelength changes and that accounts for the change in velocity since

Velocity = frequency * wavelength

The Correct answer is Option B. Refraction occurs at constant Frequency

B is the right answer.

frequency remain constant during refraction.

yes this is incorrect the frequency does not change the correct option is B

ahhhhh. that's bad. you've forgotten that frequency of light wave doesn't change when it refracts. I deserve a compensation. sorry for the disturbance. just to ensure it doesn't happen again cuz I paid for activation

The answer isn't correct, frequency remains constant, only velocity and wavelength vary.

The frequency of light does not change when it passes from one medium to another. While the speed and wavelength of light do change, the frequency remains constant.
