The answer is infra-red rays which are detected by their sensation of heat. meanwhile heat is related to temperature difference.
on the contrary, the answer cannot be ultraviolet ray because it is the one that causes objects to fluorescence.

yh if you guys watch or notice in movies those guys who use Goggles you will see the person being displayed as a kind of red picture when viewed from the Goggle
