Note: mass of Petrol = mass of Alcohol

Hence, density = mass / vol
mass of Petrol = 7.2 * 10² x 4.2
= 3.02 * 10³
Which is also mass of Alcohol

Therefore, vol. of Alcohol = 3.02 * 10³ / 8.4 * 10²
≈ 3.6
